Her former career in the financial planning sector taught her the importance of getting it right for a wide range of clients…skills which she then took into the HR sector after completing her degree. 

Working with organisations to find and keep the right people is her passion and her niche.  She has the knack for quickly understanding an organisation’s culture and the work ethic to ensure that her shortlisted candidates are all great fits for that culture. 

Brooke was a key player in the recruitment of 130 staff for the opening of MACq01 the award-winning hotel on Hobart’s waterfront.  Brooke’s involvement in the MACq01 Hotel recruitment was exceptional.  Her engagement and drive to see the best outcome for all involved was certainly felt and the results were strong.
